OggEnc/PM - An Ogg Vorbis encoder for OS/2 PM
==============================================================================
  OggEnc/PM is a very simple graphical front end to the Ogg Vorbis encoder. To
use it you must also have ogg.dll & vorbis.dll installed in a directory on your
LIBPATH. These files & their installation procedure are found in the package
oggvorbis-1.0-os2.zip which should be available from the same place as this
program. Later versions should also work but older ones will not.

  The main window displays the file queue, a list of WAV files that are to be
encoded as OGG files. Files can be added to the queue in two ways, either by
drag & drop or the Add option of the File menu.

  The Settings menu option allows you to configure the quality level of the
encoded files and the output directory. If the output directory is left blank,
the OGG files will be created in the same directory as the source WAV file.

Note: This is a VERY early release so expect bugs & very few features.
Suggestions for enhancements will be read but no promises given.
